Hey there, my name is Anthony Hall and I started the Late Blooming Investor as a way to discuss what my own investing journey is like with being 40 years old and feeling like I’m behind on my own investing journey.
And the idea is simple, I want to do a newsletter that talks about my strategies and how they’re performing in the market so far and sharing the pros and cons and all the other different financial lessons I’ve learned along the way.
Nothing I write here is financial advice and if you’re lucky enough to have a financial advisor, you should definitely talk to them about any decisions you make.
So the guiding principles for this newsletter and for myself are simple.
Stick to simple strategies.
ROI has to have a good chance of beating the regular indexes (S&P 500, NASDAQ, etc.) over the next 25 years.
Must not be a time suck, ideally less than 3 hours a week should be the goal.
So since this is the first post I’ve made on this newsletter I figured I’d keep it short and sweet.
